We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Health and Safety Supervisor to join our team. The role involves overseeing the health and safety aspects of our operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and leading safety training initiatives. If you are passionate about safety and have the expertise to manage risk assessments, RAMS, and day-to-day health and safety operations, we want to hear from you.
Key Duties:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Develop and maintain Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Conduct regular health and safety training for staff and management.
- Monitor workplace safety practices and conduct site inspections.
- Investigate accidents and near misses, providing reports and solutions.
- Provide advice and support on health and safety matters across all business activities.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in health and safety supervision or a similar role.
- NEBOSH National General Certificate (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and write method statements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and advise staff.
- Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
