What You'll Be Doing
- Creating engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media and marketing
- Writing clear, compelling and audience‑focused copy across multiple channels
- Supporting the rollout and ongoing development of a new software platform through content creation and marketing support
- Reviewing, updating and improving existing marketing materials and website content
- Working with internal teams developing content, supporting business objectives and customer engagement
- Researching industry trends, customer challenges and market developments to create relevant content
- Assisting with campaign planning and content scheduling
- Proofreading and editing content to ensure accuracy, consistency and brand alignment
- Supporting SEO and digital marketing initiatives through optimised content creation
- Monitoring content performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in content writing, copywriting, journalism, communications, PR or marketing
- Exceptional written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to write engaging content for different audiences and platforms
- Strong proofreading and editing skills
- Experience creating content for websites, blogs, email campaigns or social media
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
