Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator Welder to join our team. This is a hands-on role where the successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of steel fabrication tasks, primarily for the construction of steel structures and components used in building projects. The ideal candidate will be experienced in welding and fabricating steel, with the ability to read technical drawings and work to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricating and welding steel components for buildings and structural projects.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
  • Cutting, shaping, and assembling steel parts and structures.
  • Welding steel parts using MIG/TIG/ARC welding techniques to required specifications.
  • Inspecting and measuring finished work to ensure it meets the required quality standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Operating fabrication machinery such as saws, drills, and grinders.
  • Communicating with the project team and supervisors to ensure work is completed on time and to specification.
  • Assisting in other tasks as required by the team, including site preparations and assembly.
