Packhouse Operative
Location: Evesham
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 6:00am 3:00pm weekend availability required

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Packhouse Operatives to join a busy fresh produce operation in Evesham.
You?ll be working as part of a team preparing fresh fruit and vegetables for packing and dispatch. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail, teamwork and a strong work ethic are important.
Your main responsibilities:
- Weighing and quality-checking fresh produce before packing
- Packing products accurately and efficiently
- Preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Packing products into boxes and crates
- Palletising completed orders
- Keeping your work area clean and tidy throughout the shift
- Following food hygiene, health & safety and site procedures
- Working to production and order deadlines
What we?re looking for:
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work at a fast pace
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Available to work weekends
- Flexible and willing to work additional hours when required
- Previous packhouse, food production or warehouse experience is helpful but not essential
