Lead Electrical Design Engineer Location: Droitwich Spa, Worcestershire Salary: £65,000 per annum Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Working Pattern: On-site About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead Electrical Design Engineer to join our engineering team in Droitwich Spa. This is a key technical leadership position responsible for the design and delivery of Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation (EICA) systems across industrial and process-related projects. You will take projects from concept and detailed design through to manufacturing, installation, commissioning and handover, while providing technical leadership and mentoring to other engineers. The role combines hands-on electrical design, engineering leadership, site support and technical problem-solving.
