The Role
As our Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring production equipment and site facilities remain safe, efficient, and fully operational.
- Responding to machinery breakdowns and carrying out repairs
- Supporting our Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme
- Fault‑finding and resolving mechanical issues on production equipment
- Performing routine maintenance tasks including lubrication and servicing
- Conducting weekly forklift truck (FLT) maintenance checks
- Carrying out fire alarm and emergency lighting testing
- Undertaking minor repairs to portable tools
- Ordering maintenance consumables and spare parts
- Working closely with production and management teams to minimise downtime
- Supporting site Health & Safety standards and compliance activities
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a maintenance engineering role
- Strong mechanical maintenance skills
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
