We are recruiting for FLT Counterbalance Drivers in Coventry, CV3 with immediate start.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00 / 17:00 - 07:00
Pay Rate: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour
Duties:
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT in a high-pressure, fast-moving warehouse.
- Loading and unloading double deck trailers (general haulage & heavy-duty goods).
- Safe movement, stacking, and storage of stock.
- Working to tight deadlines, productivity, and accuracy targets.
- Strictly following all health & safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience loading and unloading double deck trailers.
- Minimum 2 years' Counterbalance FLT experience.
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
- Drug & alcohol test required prior to start.
- On-site FLT assessment required.
