CNC Turner Programmer
Monday - Thursday 7am - 4pm / Friday 7am - 12pm
Our client has a team of 22 highly skilled precision engineering staff and invests in the latest CNC machining technology. CNC machining prototypes and batch production on the latest CNC vertical/horizontal machining centres and CNC lathes is at the heart of their business.
Responsibilities:
- Program CNC machines using CAD software and/or Cimco to create precise and accurate parts on lathes with live tooling.
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to optimize part designs for manufacturing.
Requirements:
- Proficient in CAD software and Cimco editor for programming CNC machines.
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls CNC machines.
Benefits:
