Job Description
CNC Milling Programmer / Lead \\nLocation: Coventry β CV7 \\nHours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm / Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm \\nPay Rate: Β£18.00 to Β£20 per hour β depending on experience \\n \\nWe are currently working with a precision engineering company that are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Miller Programmer, Setter, Operator to provide leadership within one of their milling machining cells. \\n \\nYour day-to-day duties will include: \\n. Programming (online & offline), setting, and operating machines \\n.
Interpretation of drawings and 3D digital files \\n. Produce prototypes / small production runs \\n. Carry out inspection of your work (CMM and Manual) \\n.
Produce work of a high standard by adhering to quality standards to ensure that product is produced to agreed specifications. \\n. Technical support to other Cell members in programming, fixturing and setting machines \\n.
Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues to promote successful teamwork. \\n \\nYou will need the following experience and skills to be considered: \\n. Full rights to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered at all) \\n.
Must be commutable to CV7 \\n. Ideally apprentice trained \\n. 5+ years of experience as a CNC Miller Programmer \\n.
Experience using Heidenhain controls \\n. CAM experience β Ideally EDGECAM \\n. Experience working with Inconel, titanium, mild steels, brass, aluminium-bronze, bronzes, aluminium, plastics, super duplex \\n \\nWF Tech are responsible for placing skilled and in demand people on both a permanent and contract basis into the Precision & Advanced Manufacturing sectors, from skilled Machining Personnel and Specialist Engineers to Supervisory and Management positions.
