Job Title: CNC Miller Programmer Job Type: Days based, Perm Our client has been manufacturing for over 60 years. This position would suit the hard-working individual who has a passion for engineering. The company has over 10 CNC mills ranging in sizes from small to large with 3 to 5 axis capabilities (Doosan DNM 650 to Hedelius T3200). Heidenhain operating system is present on all CNC milling machines. Manufacture of precision components to supplied CAD and drawings • Operating CNC milling machines of various sizes • Confidently program parts, fully or partially responsible for setting and operating more than one machine during our peak build season • Feedback to Production Engineering to improve programs and machining methods • Responsible for basic inspection of parts to ensure ongoing quality • Must have at least 5 years’ experience working on CNC milling machines • Previous CAD/ CAM experience would be beneficial (Powermill or Fusion360) Ability to work overtime if available • Pension • Excellent rates of pay based on previous experience/ ability • Uniform & PPE is provided • Onsite parking, free tea/ coffee, and access to cycle to work scheme If you would like to speak to someone regarding being booked on a site visit then please contact Tom Edney (phone number removed) for more information or send an email to (url removed) Immediate starts are available!
