Class 1 HGV Driver – Palletforce Multi-Drop Location: Longtown, Carlisle Job Type: Full-time / Ongoing Work We are currently recruiting an experienced Class 1 (Category C+E) HGV Driver for Palletforce multi-drop deliveries, based out of our Longtown, Carlisle depot. This role involves palletised deliveries to commercial customers across the region, all deliveries are tail lift, no handball on or off the vehicle. Shift available Start 07:00, finish between 16:00 to 18:00 dependent on the routes Day pay rates Monday – Friday £17.00 Overtime paid at £24.00 (after 8 hours per shift) The Role • Class 1 palletised multi-drop deliveries • Typically 7–12 drops per day • Day shifts with early starts • Local and regional routes • Vehicle checks and completion of PODs • Professional interaction with customers Requirements • Valid Class 1 (Cat C+E) licence • Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card • Previous multi-drop pallet network experience preferred • Confident using tail lift • Good knowledge of drivers’ hours and road transport rules • Reliable, professional, and customer-focused What We Offer • Competitive pay • Regular, consistent work • Modern, well-maintained vehicles • Supportive transport team • Immediate start available 📞 Interested?
