What You'll Be Doing
- Providing administrative support across the business.
- Managing incoming telephone calls, emails and correspondence.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
- Preparing documents, reports and general office correspondence.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings and diaries where required.
- Processing paperwork and ensuring documentation is completed accurately.
- Supporting colleagues with a range of administrative tasks.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
- Filing, scanning and maintaining confidential records.
- Assisting with general office administration to ensure the smooth running of the department.
About You
- Previous experience in an administration or office support role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Professional and approachable manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience working with internal systems or databases would be advantageous.
