We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team.
This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced production environment, where you'll be responsible for operating machinery, assembling and packing products, carrying out quality checks, and ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
You will initially join the pack team while you learn one of their specialist machinery.
Including loading, setting and running a machines while doing general pack duties including palletising and shrink wrapping pallet goods for dispatch.
After mastering the first machines / basic slitting machines you will then shadow and learn one of two main machines where you will be able to progress and independently run a machine therefore demanding the higher salary
Initial 12 week £12.83- £14.24ph ? standard hours 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday
Once trained you progress to shifts. 4 on 4 off 6am till 6pm. Monday to Thursday £(phone number removed)ph
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and machinery.
- Assemble, pack, and label products.
- Perform quality checks and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Support the team in meeting production deadlines.

- Fit & able, some heavy lifting involved so ability to lift heavy items
- Reliable, hardworking, and keen to learn.
- Good attention to detail and quality standards.
- Able to shift rotate after training
- Have access to own car and have full clean license due to location
