We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to join our established and high-performing Driving Division. This is an opportunity to become part of a thriving team trusted by some of the UK’s leading transport and logistics businesses, including well-known household names where service quality, reliability and speed of response are critical to success.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where outstanding customer service and rapid response are at the heart of everything we do. You will manage high volumes of last-minute driver requirements, ensuring customers receive dependable solutions quickly, while maintaining strong, professional relationships with both clients and drivers.
You will play a key role in maintaining Workforce’s reputation for service excellence acting as a trusted partner to customers and ensuring drivers feel supported, valued and well managed at every stage.
