Salary: £14.00 - £15.50/hr
Hours: 39 hours per week
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am to 4:30pm (Flexible start times: 6:00am, 6:30am, or 7:00am)
Friday: 7:30am to 12:30pm (Flexible start times: 6:00am, 6:30am, or 7:00am)

The role of CNC Milling Operator will involve:
- Continuing production of machined components
- Making adjustments to tooling and wear offsets to maintain tolerances and machine performance
- Running pre-set CMM programs for part inspection
- Manual inspection using micrometers, verniers, height gauges, and other tools
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Producing work to a high standard in line with quality specifications
- Supporting a collaborative and positive team culture
Job Requirements:
- Time-served or equivalent experience in a precision machining environment
- Confident inspecting own work using CMMs and manual gauges
- Experience with Heidenhain controls (desirable but not essential)
- Comfortable working to tight tolerances
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, flexible, and a good team player
