Location: Coventry

Salary: £14.00 - £15.50/hr

Hours: 39 hours per week

Monday - Thursday: 7:30am to 4:30pm (Flexible start times: 6:00am, 6:30am, or 7:00am)

Friday: 7:30am to 12:30pm (Flexible start times: 6:00am, 6:30am, or 7:00am)

The role of CNC Milling Operator will involve:

  • Continuing production of machined components
  • Making adjustments to tooling and wear offsets to maintain tolerances and machine performance
  • Running pre-set CMM programs for part inspection
  • Manual inspection using micrometers, verniers, height gauges, and other tools
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Producing work to a high standard in line with quality specifications
  • Supporting a collaborative and positive team culture

Job Requirements:

  • Time-served or equivalent experience in a precision machining environment
  • Confident inspecting own work using CMMs and manual gauges
  • Experience with Heidenhain controls (desirable but not essential)
  • Comfortable working to tight tolerances
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Reliable, flexible, and a good team player
