Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional childcare for our family. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. This role requires a proactive individual who can engage children in educational activities while also managing daily routines. Duties * Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. * Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development, including teaching basic skills. * Prepare meals and snacks, catering to dietary requirements and preferences. * Assist with homework and educational tasks, fostering a love for learning. * Maintain a clean and organised play area, ensuring toys and materials are safe and suitable for use. * Communicate effectively with parents regarding children\'s progress and any concerns that may arise. * Provide transportation for children as needed, including school drop-offs and pick-ups. * Support children\'s social development through playdates and outings. Requirements * Proven experience in childcare or nannying is essential. * Strong skills in teaching or tutoring children are highly desirable. * Proficiency in English is required. * A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate transportation duties. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children and parents alike. * A nurturing attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally. * First Aid certification is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is essential.
