Job Description: Catering Assistant / Caterer / Ward Host
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items for catering events.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, always ensuring a high standard of service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including the kitchen and serving stations.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices throughout all stages of food handling.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery during events.
- Support the setup and breakdown of catering functions, including arranging tables and equipment as needed.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns. xgikmsk
- Ensure that patients are provided with appropriate meals, snacks, and beverages at the agreed intervals throughout the day.
- Take food orders using the tablet electronic ordering system at the agreed time for lunch and supper each day.
