Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our client’s dynamic sales team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to build a career in sales, marketing, or media, with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce advertising products and services
- Build rapport with decision-makers and understand their marketing needs
- Book appointments for senior sales consultants or close low-value sales directly
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activity using the CRM system
- Meet or exceed weekly KPIs and sales targets
- Follow up on warm leads and respond to incoming sales enquiries
- Work collaboratively with the wider sales and marketing team to improve outreach
