As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in the lettings process, ensuring a smooth experience for both landlords and tenants. You will be responsible for generating new business, conducting property viewings, negotiating rental agreements, and managing client relationships. This role is ideal for a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for property and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively source and generate new lettings business through networking, marketing, and referrals.
- Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, providing professional guidance and advice.
- Negotiate tenancy agreements to ensure the best possible outcome for landlords and tenants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, ensuring high levels of service and repeat business.
- Provide accurate property valuations and offer market insights to landlords.
- Manage the application process, including referencing and tenancy agreements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant property laws and regulations.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth transactions and successful lettings.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
- Previous experience in a lettings or estate agency role is highly desirable.
