About the Role:

Leeds Junk and Rubbish Removal is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our team as a Driver's Mate. Working as part of a two-person crew, you will assist with the collection, removal, and responsible disposal of junk and waste from residential and commercial properties throughout the Leeds area. This is a physically active role where no two days are the same. You will support your driver in providing excellent customer service, completing property clearances, loading and unloading items, and ensuring every job is carried out safely, efficiently, and professionally. You will also use our bespoke mobile app to manage jobs and work as part of a team to follow the most efficient routes throughout the day.
