About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Lettings Administrator / Lettings Negotiator to join our friendly and dynamic team in Archway. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills and a keen interest in the property sector to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end lettings process from initial enquiry to move-in
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to coordinate viewings, maintenance, and tenancy agreements
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to prospective tenants
- Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all documentation is compliant and up-to-date
- Maintain accurate records on the CRM system and follow up with clients in a timely manner
- Provide general administrative support to the lettings team
- Assist with marketing and advertising of rental properties across various platforms
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a lettings or property-related role preferred
