Coach Driver – Aberdeen Location: Aberdeen Bus Station, Guild Street, AB11 6NA We are recruiting qualified PCV licence holders to join as Coach Drivers in Aberdeen. This full-time, permanent role offers weekly earnings of around £630, with opportunities for overtime, giving a typical annual salary of approximately £32,760. The hourly rate during training is £15.00, with overtime paid at £17.00 per hour. Shifts include early, middle and late duties, with occasional overnight work. As a Coach Driver, you will be responsible for driving a modern, high-specification fleet safely and confidently on scheduled and private routes. You will provide excellent customer service for passengers travelling longer distances, assisting with luggage, answering route queries, and ensuring onboard comfort throughout the journey. This is a role where professionalism, patience, and a calm approach are essential, as you’ll be helping passengers travel with ease and confidence. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid PCV licence and Tachograph Card, along with the right to work in the UK. A safe and courteous driving style, a professional attitude, and a genuine commitment to great customer service are essential. You should also be flexible, reliable, and willing to work as part of a dedicated coach team.
