A specialist subcontractor based just outside Cheltenham is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early career quantity surveyor looking to develop within a supportive and well-established subcontracting business.
The successful candidate will assist with the commercial management of projects, supporting senior members of the commercial team while gaining hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates and budgets
- Supporting the preparation and submission of interim valuations and final accounts
- Assisting with subcontractor procurement and package management
- Monitoring project costs and reporting on variations
- Supporting with contract administration and documentation
