What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles to the highest standards
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues, including non‑routine defects, in the workshop and during road tests
  • Continuously developing your technical knowledge and staying up to date with brand standards
  • Using workshop facilities and processes to maximise productivity
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to full customer satisfaction
  • Supporting high performance and best practice within the workshop
  • Taking part in regular training to further enhance your skills and knowledge

What We’re Looking For

  • A full manual UK driving licence (maximum of 6 points)
  • Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Previous main dealer workshop experience preferred but not essential

Key Information

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (paid at 1.5x overtime)
  • Salary: Up to £40,000 OTE depending on experience
