Our client is a well-established optical and hearing care provider with a strong presence across Scotland. They are currently seeking qualified Optometrists to join a number of their branches on a full-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to take real ownership of your clinical practice while contributing to the continued growth and success of the branch within a supportive, patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred eye care with a strong focus on clinical excellence
- Balance clinical and commercial responsibilities to support branch performance
- Work collaboratively with the branch management and wider team to drive growth and success
- Manage your clinics effectively with well-structured testing times
- Build strong relationships with patients and provide tailored optical solutions
