We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager reporting to the Board of Directors, to lead, develop, and performance-manage a team of recruiters to achieve revenue, placement, and client satisfaction targets. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, team performance, and delivering clear, data-driven insight into recruitment activity and market trends.
