About the Role
We are looking for a proactive data driven and creative Marketing Executive to support multi-channel marketing activity across our recruitment brand.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, organised, and eager to contribute to campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and high‑quality leads.
You will work closely with the Talent Operations Manager to deliver data‑driven lead generation initiatives that help grow our brand presence and a key focus of this role is building candidate pipelines for both current and future vacancies through proactive attraction, lead generation and recruitment marketing activities.
- Email Marketing & Automation change to candidate
- Plan, build, and execute email campaigns aimed at generating new candidate leads.
- Create automated nurture sequences (e. g., cold leads, inactive candidates, warm prospects).
- Conduct A/B tests to optimise open rates, click rates, and conversion performance.
- Manage email deliverability, sender reputation, and compliance (GDPR).
- Content Creation
- Become an expert in target audience mapping, staying up to date with government policy and sector developments (e. g. investment priorities and UK skills shortages) to inform and strengthen our content strategy.
- Produce informed and engaging marketing content including blogs, graphics, case studies, landing pages, and email content.
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and strengthens market positioning.
- Social Media
- Develop our B2C brand presence for attracting candidates, and positioning the brand as leaders in the recruitment space.
- Develop compelling job alerts and recruitment marketing campaigns that support active hiring priorities.
- Support B2C candidate lead generation with posting, scheduling, and reporting, primarily across Linked In and Facebook.
- Monitor engagement and flag opportunities for lead follow‑up.
- Lead Generation Support
- Create marketing assets that drive candidate leads to the website, job boards, and landing pages.
- Support with developing the website and candidate journeys to ensure optimum data capture and conversion opportunities.
- Proactively explore and develop PPC and other paid media opportunities for lead generation.
- Monitor campaign conversion performance across all channels.
- Website & SEO Support
- Develop search optimised website content, and landing pages.
- Assist with SEO tasks such as keyword optimisation and position tracking.
- Ensure pages are effectively designed to convert traffic into leads.
- Support with ongoing website development projects.
- Data, Reporting & Insights
- Track and report on key marketing KPIs including, website traffic, leads generated, social engagement and email campaign results.
- Provide weekly insights to improve future campaigns, content performance, optimise advertising spend and increase qualified candidate generation.
- Conduct competitor and market research to support strategic planning.
- General Marketing Support
- Partner closely with recruiters to improve the visibility and effectiveness of vacancy advertising.
- Provide support with job advert creation, content development, personal Linked In activity and recruitment marketing best practice to increase candidate attraction.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral such as decks, literature, and case studies.
- Help maintain organised marketing files, calendars, workflows, and assets.
- Carry out ad hoc duties and operational tasks as required to support the effective running of the business.
