About the role:
Duties:
- To help produce, monitor and maintain consistent food standards and quality across all areas.
- To have total accountability for the day to day running of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Achieving budgeted costs of food, GP, wastage and wages.
- Menu Development.
- Stock Control.
- Team management and training.
- Kitchen Cleanliness.
- Ordering through our selected suppliers.
- Compliance and safety, ensure all company policies and procedures are implemented and monitored.
