Production Operative & FLT Driver Our fast-growing manufacturing client is looking to expand their team and they are looking for some excellent production operatives to join their team as part of a national operation. Our client boasts an impressive, automated production line and seek hard-working, willing individuals who want to develop progressive careers within their team. * Location: Oxford * Salary: – Production Operative: £26,208 per annum – Day Shift – Production Operative: £30,139 per annum – Late Shift – FLT Operative: £29,744 per annum – Day Shift – FLT Operative: £34,205 per annum – Late Shift * Shift: Monday to Friday – up to 46 hrs (day shift and back shift available) * Role Type: Permanent Role – Right to Work in UK is essential * To be considered for this role, you must have the desire to learn and progress. * If you don’t currently live local to Oxford, our dedicated team can support you in relocating to the area. Your role will involve: * Preparing and loading materials and components. * Operating various manufacturing machines in a professional and safe manner. * Utilising saws and other hand-held machinery. * High levels of attention to detail. * Utilising strong communication skills * Having a good knowledge and grasp of basic arithmetic including taking measurements. * Accurately reading and interpreting technical drawings (experience is advantageous but not essential).
