Join Our Client as a Production / Machine Operative - Excellent Long-Term Career Opportunities! We are recruiting Production / Machine Operatives to join our client's growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity offering long-term stability, structured progression, and plenty of overtime for motivated individuals. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with full training provided.

Location: Dromore (Northern Ireland) | Role Type: Permanent (Right to Work in the UK required)

About the Role

We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and some background in production or operational work. You'll be working in a diverse, multicultural environment with excellent support and training provided. You will be responsible for operating production machinery, using basic tools, and maintaining high safety and quality standards on the shop floor.

Pay Rates & Hours

  • Training Rate: £13.21 per hour (operating 1-2 machines)
  • Full Production Rate: £13.63 per hour
  • Overtime: x1.5
  • Shifts: 12-hour shifts | 2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production and machine equipment safely and efficiently
  • Support manufacturing processes to meet output targets
  • Use basic tools and equipment confidently
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace
  • Work effectively as part of a team on a busy shop floor
  • Follow site procedures and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements

  • Some experience in production, operations, or machine use
  • A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn

  • Good English communication skills
