We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join established manufacturing businesses producing high-quality building and construction products. Key Responsibilities
- Operating extrusion and production machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitoring product quality and completing quality checks
- Following production plans, work instructions and operating procedures
- Completing production records and documentation
- Supporting preventative maintenance activities
- Maintaining housekeeping and health & safety standards
- Packaging finished products to customer specifications
- Working as part of a team to achieve production targets and KPI requirements
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Previous extrusion, machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to quality and health & safety
