Are you a skilled Upholsterer looking for a fresh opportunity in the heart of Durham? Do you have experience in producing either contract or domestic furniture? Location: Durham (Please apply if you are local or willing to relocate)
Salary: £28,800 per annum + bonus (£13.85 per hour, paid weekly)
About the Role: As an Upholsterer, you’ll join a team of over 35 dedicated professionals crafting high-quality domestic and contract furniture.
Benefits:
- Yearly bonus (£1500 last year)
- Work on cruise ship and possibility to make £275 per day
Key Responsibilities:
- Upholstering domestic and contract furniture from start to finish (springs and foams are already fitted to the frames; the upholsterer completes the upholstery only).
- Products can be made of leather or any fabric.
- Deep buttoning is required only for bespoke products.
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- 30-minute unpaid break and 2x15-minute paid break daily.
