We’re hiring Assembly Operatives, Machine Operatives, and Yard Operatives (with FLT experience) to join a growing and well-established manufacturing business in Daventry. If you’re experienced in a production or warehouse environment and ready for a fresh opportunity, we want to hear from you! What We’re Looking For * Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments * Ability to work in a physical role * Basic to communicative English level * FLT experience required for Yard Operative role * Willingness to relocate to Daventry (support available!) * Strong work ethic and a great attitude Roles Available 1. Assembly Operative * Use hand and power tools (full training provided) * Assemble steel products to high standards * Follow SOPs in a fast-paced setting 2. Machine Operative * Operate press brake machinery (training provided) * Load/unload materials * Maintain and organize machinery and tools 3.
