We are looking for a talented and motivated Pastry Sous Chef to join our prestigious client based in Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the UK's leading hospitality brands.

The Role

As a senior member of the pastry team, you will support a diverse food and beverage offering, including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, events, and seasonal menus. Working closely with the Executive Pastry Chef, you will help lead the pastry brigade, maintain the highest culinary standards, and contribute innovative ideas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of the pastry kitchen
  • Producing high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods
  • Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior team members
  • Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ensuring consistency, creativity, and attention to detail across all pastry offerings
  • Contributing to an exceptional guest experience through quality and presentation

About You

  • Professionally trained pastry chef with experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining environments
  • Previous experience at Sous Chef level
