Are you an experienced vehicle paint sprayer, looking for a new visa sponsorship opportunity? You will be responsible for preparing, refinishing and completing vehicles and associated components in line with manufacturer repair methods, company quality standards and production targets.
Commercial Vehicle Sprayer Duties:
- Carry out all duties in accordance with company Health & Safety policies, HSE regulations and COSHH requirements, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
- Review electronic job cards via the technician tablet, assess repair requirements and plan work activities to meet production deadlines.
- Prepare vehicle panels and components for painting, including sanding, cleaning and applying fillers in line with approved repair methods.
- Mask and protect surrounding areas to ensure a high-quality finish and prevent damage to adjacent surfaces.
- Inspect completed work following drying or curing, rectify defects as required and polish panels to the required standard.
- Maintain accurate time recording, photographic documentation and job updates via the technician tablet to ensure full traceability and support quality and insurance processes.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, work collaboratively with colleagues and undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by management.
