About the Role:

Our client is a well-established optical and hearing care provider with a strong presence across Scotland. They are currently seeking qualified Optometrists to join a number of their branches on a full-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to take real ownership of your clinical practice while contributing to the continued growth and success of the branch within a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centred eye care with a strong focus on clinical excellence
  • Balance clinical and commercial responsibilities to support branch performance
  • Work collaboratively with the branch management and wider team to drive growth and success
  • Manage your clinics effectively with well-structured testing times
  • Build strong relationships with patients and provide tailored optical solutions
