This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in the beautiful area of Daventry, Northamptonshire. We provide full, comprehensive relocation support to ensure your move is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Location: Daventry

Salary: up to £33,270 per annum

Role type: Permanent - RTW in the UK required

Shifts: Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm

Duties:

  • Set up and operate robotic welding machines according to job specifications and production schedules.
  • Load and unload parts into welding fixtures and ensure proper alignment.
  • Monitor welding operations to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Inspect finished welds for defects using visual checks and measuring tools.
  • Adjust machine settings and parameters to optimize weld quality and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance on robotic welding equipment and report any malfunctions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in robotic welding operations (e.g., MIG, TIG, or spot welding)
  • Familiarity with robotic welding systems (e.g., ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, or similar)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding blueprints
  • Understanding of welding codes and standards
  • Basic knowledge of robot programming and troubleshooting
  • Experience with quality control and inspection processes
