Role Overview: We are recruiting experienced Furniture Sprayers to join a busy manufacturing site. This is a permanent, long-term role ideal for candidates looking for job security, regular overtime, and career stability. The role involves spraying clear lacquers, stains, and paint to a high standard, ensuring all finished products meet strict quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spraying clear lacquers, stains, and paint on furniture products.
  • Producing high-quality finishes in line with production standards.
  • Ensuring finished products are first class and ready for delivery.
  • Working with a variety of furniture items, including tables and chairs.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
  • Adhering to all site Health & Safety and quality procedures.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:15pm; Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm. Paid hours: 8.75 hours (Mon-Thu), 5 hours (Friday). Full-time, permanent hours - Regular overtime available.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Furniture Sprayer.
  • Ability to spray clear lacquers, stains, and paint.
  • Experience with contract furniture preferred (domestic furniture experience also considered).
  • High attention to detail and quality.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work.
  • Basic English preferred (approx. 4/10); non-English speakers may be considered.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to permanent employment.
