Your responsibilities:

As a Relocation Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring candidates have a smooth transition into their new work environment, you will:

  • Coordinate and execute the relocation process for candidates arriving from overseas, including airport pickup, transportation to their new accommodation.
  • Ensure candidates are comfortable and well-informed throughout their relocation journey.
  • Establish and maintain communication with candidates prior to their arrival to complete necessary checklists and address any pre-arrival concerns or questions, providing clear guidance and assistance.
  • Support candidates in attending skill tests and interviews ensuring they have the necessary resources and information for successful assessments.
  • Conduct comprehensive orientations for candidates to familiarise them with their new workplace, surroundings and cultural aspects.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
