We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager reporting to the Board of Directors, to lead, develop, and performance‑manage a team of recruiters to achieve revenue, placement, and client satisfaction targets. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, team performance, and delivering clear, data‑driven insight into recruitment activity and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the recruitment team to consistently meet and exceed KPIs
- Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular one‑to‑one reviews
- Implement development plans for underperforming and high‑potential team members
- Foster a positive, high‑performance culture
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and placement targets
- Forecast recruitment activity and revenue based on market and team performance
- Build strong client relationships and act on feedback to improve delivery
- Oversee job allocation and prioritisation across the team
- Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date ATS (JobAdder) management
- Produce and present weekly and monthly performance reports
- Highlight risks, opportunities, and recommendations
- Work closely with marketing to deliver effective candidate advertising and campaigns
- Oversee job ads across job boards, social media, and programmatic platforms
- Build and maintain talent pools through targeted email and remarketing campaigns
