About the Role:

This is an exciting sales role designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in sales. You will work closely with experienced sales and marketing professionals, learning how to identify opportunities, engage potential clients, and build a strong sales pipeline. Initially, your focus will be on lead generation, outreach, and meeting scheduling. As your experience within the business grows, you will begin attending meetings with senior team members and ultimately progress towards closing your own deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify target organisations that may require recruitment support
  • Proactively contact potential clients via Hubspot CRM, phone calls and LinkedIn
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline within Hubspot
  • Qualify leads and assess recruitment needs, maintaining accurate records of prospects and activity in the CRM
  • Schedule meetings for the senior sales team
  • React quickly to new business opportunities
  • Develop a strong understanding of our three core product offerings and their respective target markets
  • Support the sales and marketing team with market research
  • Over time, attend client meetings and develop the skills needed to close deals independently
