Workforce staffing has teamed up with a Nationwide fresh food produce company based in Evesham who are looking to add a line leader to their expanding business. You will take charge of one of the factory lines and look after 15 operatives as part of your role.
The company is a food manufacturing company and runs a full pack house operation. Your job is to inspire, motivate the team and keep the line running smoothly in a safe manner.
Someone who has been in the food manufacturing industry for a while and is either looking for the next step up into management or someone who is already in the position looking for a fresh challenge will be ideal for this position. The Company has some exciting growth prospects for 2026 and are opening up another part of the business so it’s a great time to join the journey.
The Role:
- Managing a team of 15 operatives
- Doing routine checks, carrying out health and safety & quality checks from the line
- Ensuring the line is operating to full potential
- Train and develop the team under you
The Person:
- Experienced food manufacturing professional or existing line leader
- Confident and able to communicate well with team and senior leadership
- Want career development / eager to progress into supervisor/ manager roles in future
- Experienced in food manufacturing
Hours of work:
- Working 5 days of 7 including Saturday and Sunday on a rotational basis
- 6am till 3pm (overtime sometimes till 6pm)
- Immediate starts available
