Pay: £15.73+ per hour (INCLUDES shift allowance, DOE)

Location: West Bromwich

Hours: 39 hours per week – Rotating Shifts

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shift Pattern

Week 1:

• Mon–Thurs: 6:00am – 2:00pm
• Friday: 6:00am – 1:00pm

Week 2:

• Mon–Thurs: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• Friday: 1:00pm – 8:00pm

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled MIG Welder Fabricator to join a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be fabricating and welding a wide range of components, working to high‑quality standards and production targets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• MIG welding and fabrication to a high standard
• Working with mild steel, D/F steel & pre‑galvanised materials
• Fabricating components in different shapes, sizes, and thicknesses
• Reading engineering drawings and working to spec
• Meeting production targets without compromising qualityKeeping your work area safe, clean, and organised

What We’re Looking For

• Proven MIG welding & fabrication experience (production environment)
• Comfortable with batch work and varied components
• Able to read engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable, consistent, and a team player
