We are currently recruiting for an experienced Structural Welder to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company based in Bromsgrove. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled welder with experience welding structural steel up to 50mm thickness, looking for stable day shift work with competitive pay and long-term opportunities.

Duties Include:

  • MIG welding structural steel components up to 50mm thickness
  • Multi-pass welding on heavy gauge materials
  • Working from engineering drawings
  • Fabricating and assembling steel sections
  • Ensuring all welds meet required quality standards
  • Using workshop tools and equipment safely
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in structural steel welding preferred
  • Strong MIG welding experience on heavy gauge steel
  • Experience welding material up to 50mm thickness
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Coded welding qualifications would be an advantage
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable and hardworking attitude

Hours of Work: Day shifts (Monday to Friday)

Pay Rate: £14.50 - £15.00 per hour depending on experience
