Location: Stourport.
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm (30-minute lunch)
- Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
Pay: £12.21ph - £13.68.
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Operative to join our Assembly Team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling conveyor unit components for a range of products, working from technical drawings and specific customer requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble components in line with technical drawings, customer specifications, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Inspect, identify, and package finished products to company quality standards
- Notify the Assembly Section Leader of defective tooling, jigs, fixtures, or any production issues impacting targets
- Comply with responsibilities outlined in the Quality Control Manual and procedures in line with BS EN ISO 9001 requirements
- Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the work area
- Support other departments when required
- Adhere to all relevant ISO processes and company policies
- Carry out any additional duties as reasonably required
