Authorised by the FCA and members of the BVRLA, our client connects finance companies, manufacturers and supplying dealerships to provide a simple and efficient leasing service. This is an exciting period of growth, and we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join their busy team.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing incoming sales enquiries, following up renewals, and maintaining relationships with existing or lapsed customers. No cold calling is required – this is a soft‑sell, relationship‑driven role focused on delivering repeat business and high levels of customer satisfaction. You will manage the full sales process, ensuring accurate and timely order handling, providing quotations and upselling where appropriate. The role requires excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to incoming sales enquiries
- Follow orders from initial enquiry through to completion
- Handle renewal quotations and upsell to existing customers
- Maintain strong product and industry knowledge
- Liaise with key external stakeholders to deliver the best outcomes for customers
- Ensure efficiency and accuracy in all aspects of the sales process
