We are recruiting for a Maintenance Operative in Coventry, CV3 with immediate start.
Salary: £13.03ph - 40 hours weekly.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.
Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and infrastructure.
- Repair and replace a range of equipment within a busy office building.
- Assist with mechanical repairs such as small plumbing and furniture moves.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs undertaken.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal or external client requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements:
- Must have experience working with hand tools.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
