Account Manager - Industrial & Logistics Recruitment
Location: Coventry CV1
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

We are now looking for a driven Account Manager to join our Coventry office, specialising in the Industrial and Logistics sectors.
The Role
This is a sales-focused recruitment role, responsible for managing, re-engaging, and growing accounts across clients we have worked with previously, as well as developing existing relationships to increase market share. You will take ownership of an established Industrial and Logistics desk, combining proactive sales activity with high-quality recruitment delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact and re-engage clients we have worked with previously
- Develop and grow existing client relationships to increase market share and revenue
- Identify opportunities to expand services, increase volumes, and maximise account potential
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers through regular calls, meetings, and site visits
- Manage client expectations and act as a trusted recruitment partner
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates for Industrial and Logistics roles
- Write and manage job adverts to attract suitable candidates
- Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to support ongoing and repeat requirements
- Deliver a consistently high level of service to both clients and candidates
- Ensure accurate administration and CRM updates
- Work closely with colleagues to maximise desk performance
- Contribute to branch revenue and growth targets
- Represent Workforce professionally at all times
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, account management, or a target-driven role
- Experience within Industrial or Logistics recruitment is highly desirable
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Sales-driven with a consultative approach
- Organised, resilient, and able to manage a fast-paced workload
- Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
