Location: Denton, Greater Manchester.
Hours: Standard hours 08:00 - 16:30 (Mon‑Thu), 08:00 - 13:00 Fri. Flexible start 06:00‑08:00. Overtime at management discretion: First 10 hours 1.5x, beyond 2x. Pay rate based on assessment.

As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating Mazak CNC lathes using Mazatrol controls, producing precision aerospace components to tight tolerances and high‑quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set, and operate Mazak CNC lathes using Mazatrol controls.
- Manufacture complex aerospace components from detailed technical drawings.
- Work to AS9100 and other aerospace quality standards.
- Carry out in‑process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to maintain compliance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner within a precision engineering or aerospace environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Mazak CNC machines and Mazatrol programming.
- Ability to read and interpret aerospace engineering drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with AS9100 or similar quality standards.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem‑solving approach.
