Location: Royston, Hertfordshire
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4:00pm, Friday 7:30am – 3:00pm

The Role
We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller Programmer to join our skilled team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating 3–4 axis CNC milling machines with Fusion 360 and Siemens controls, producing high‑quality components to tight tolerances.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set, and operate 3–4 axis CNC milling machines (Fusion 360 and Siemens controls).
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD/CAM data.
- Produce precision components to exact specifications, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
- Work with a variety of materials for customers across multiple industries.
- Carry out first‑off inspection and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Support continuous improvement and contribute to problem‑solving within the workshop.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller Programmer (minimum 3–5 years in a similar role).
- Proficient in Fusion 360 and Siemens controls.
- Strong knowledge of 3–4 axis machining.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and models.
- Experience producing components for varied industries.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach.
